How long do we keep your data?

We have the right and the legal obligation to collect all the data you have provided us. We collect your information, which data is stored for no longer than 2 years after you no longer have any active steps in the system. Upon your consent, we can agree on a different retention period.

The legal interests are the comprehensively considered interests of our company, which are necessary for the accomplishment of our activity, safety of information and systems (software protecting from the loss of data, protection from harmful programs, network safety). In order to ensure the matching of our interests to your interests, we carry out the assessment of the need of every management operation based on the legal interest.
• In accordance with the legal interest, we manage your personal data for the following goals: to provide the offers of our products and services, which comply with your needs in the best way.
• If you would like to refuse of our direct marketing messages, you can always notify you would not like the use of your contact data for direct marketing.
• We always consider your interests and rights provided with the legal acts of data protection when we manage your personal data according to our legal interest. The rights of your privacy are always secured with the means of protection and coordinated with your rights and freedoms. • Your applications are processed within one month.
• You have the right at any time to access your personal data, the purposes for which they are processed, the categories, sources, recipients, the period of storage and rights, including the right to receive a copy of your personal data that we process.
• You are entitled to the portability of your data that we handle with your consent and processed automatically. We will provide you with data in an automated readable Excel document so that you can store or disclose them to other service providers. You can also contact us to provide your personal data to another data controller, but we can only do this if data transfer is technically possible.
