On 26.11.2018, “Compaqpeat” has concluded agreement No. 1.2.1.4/18/A/042 with the Central Finance and Contracting Agency for receiving support within the operational programme “Growth and employment” 1.2.1. specific support purpose “Growing private sector investments P&A” 1.2.1.4. activity “Support for the manufacture of new products” second project application selection round, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
The aim of the project is to implement a technological solution that can reach the experimental round with the project’s assistance by creating a prototype, experimenting and physically creating the first ecological product.
The innovative technological element is a press machine that can pack, prepack and simultaneously disinfect and antisepticise the new product during packing.
The main requirement for the experimental technology is the ability to disinfect the litter mix, not allow the outside environment to affect it and pack it in vacuum-sealed packaging that is hard to mechanically damage.
The main activities of the project are the manufacture, delivery, set-up and regulation of experimental machinery; the manufacture, delivery, set-up and regulation of machinery available on the market; hiring and training of employees; testing the new technology and adapting such to realistic manufacturing conditions; manufacture of the new product.
Planned result of the project: The company is set up with market and innovative machinery that operates on a single production chain and manufactures the new product group after the test party manufacture and the adaptation of the manufacturing process to real conditions. Also, 1 employee is hired and trained.
The project is estimated to be fulfilled within 13 months.
Total project costs are estimated to be EUR 1 106 000, from which EUR 497 700 are planned to be funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

26.11.2018 SIA "Compaqpeat" noslēgusi līgumu Nr. 1.2.1.4/18/A/042 ar Centrālo finanšu un līgumu aģentūru par atbalsta saņemšanu Darbības programmas “Izaugsme un nodarbinātība” 1.2.1. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa "Palielināt privātā sektora investīcijas P&A" 1.2.1.4. pasākuma "Atbalsts jaunu produktu ieviešanai ražošanā" otrās projektu iesniegumu atlases kārtas ietvaros, ko līdzfinansē Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonds.
Projekta mērķis ir ieviest tehnoloģisku risinājumu, kurš ar šī projekta palīdzību var sasniegt eksperimentālo posmu, izveidojot prototipu, eksperimentējot un izveidot pirmo ekoloģisko produktu fiziskā veidā.
Inovatīvais tehnoloģiskais elements ir preses iekārta, kas iepako, fasē un vienlaicīgi dezinficē un antiseptizē jauno produktu pakošanas brīdī.
Galvenā prasība eksperimentālai tehnoloģijai ir spēja pakaišu maisījumu dezinficēt, nepieļaut turpmāku ārējās vides iedarbību uz to un iepakot to vākumā stiprā iepakojumā, kuru ir grūti mehāniski sabojāt.
Projekta galvenās darbības ir eksperimentālo iekārtu izgatavošana, piegāde, uzstādīšana un ieregulēšana; tirgū pieejamo iekārtu izgatavošana, piegāde, uzstādīšana un ieregulēšana; darbinieku pieņemšana darbā un apmācībā; jaunās tehnoloģijas testēšana, piemērošana reālistiskiem ražošanas apstākļiem; jaunā produkta ražošana.
Projekta plānotais rezultāts: Uzņēmumā tiek uzstādītas tirgū esošas un inovatīvas iekārtas, kas darbojās vienā ražošanas ķēdē un pēc testa partiju ražošanas un ražošanas procesu piemērošanas reāliem ražošanas apstākļiem ražo jaunu produktu grupu. Kā arī tiek pieņemts darbā un apmācīts 1 darbinieks.
Projekta plānots īstenot 13 mēnešu laikā.
Kopējās projekta izmaksas plānotas 1 106 000 eur apmērā, no kurām 497 700 eur apmērā paredzēts finansēt no Eiropas Reģionālā attīstības fonda līdzekļiem.
